New Zealand continues to experience the tragic consequences of poor decision making on our roads. Impaired driving, that is, driving affected by alcohol and drugs; speeding; the failure to wear seat belts; unlicenced drivers; inexperience; and recidivist offending all feature highly in the statistics.
