Fifteen learners aged between 15-36 arrived with their supporters and were warmly welcomed by Kaumatua Piripi and Judge Jelas. What an interesting, diverse group – 12 out of the 13 have EBA offences – I don’t see NZ getting better at diverting drunk drivers or encouraging better behaviours, we seem to be getting even more drunks on the road. Looking forward to a great course though, the interviews were very positive.
