				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi there everyone in Right Track land &#8211; another report in another paper with another road crash involving speed and alcohol &#8211; today&#8217;s Herald another example. Here&#8217;s a thought &#8211; Great Barrier Island &#8211; terrible, twisty, turny roads, many unmade, access for four wheel drives only in some places, people driving at about 40kms an hour looking after each other, waving as people pass (not the one or two finger wave) and remarkably few crashes &#8211; when was the last time we heard of a fatality on the Barrier???Maybe slower roads, slower speeds, care and respect (and obviously far fewer people on the roads) could be a revolutionary idea??</p>
